NEPA Documentation (Tennessee - Statewide)

PHD is the only Shelby County-based firm that was selected by TDOT for the NEPA 2010 Two-Year Continuing Contract and the 2012 Two-Year Continuing Contract.  Under this contract, PHD has completed 25 NEPA documents in the past 2 years. We are currently working on several NEPA documents.  PHD remains current with NEPA training to ensure that we are knowledgeable about FHWA policy changes and updated requirements
