Raleigh Springs Civic Center

Served as the civil engineer of record for the $45 million, 65-acre development. The Raleigh Springs Civic Center includes a new library, skate park, 11-acre lake and walking trail, and a police precinct/traffic station. The development is at the site of the former Raleigh Springs Mall, which was demolished by the city before breaking ground on the project.

PHD provided all civil engineering services for demolition and design.
