Established in 2005, Powers Hill Design (PHD) is a boutique civil engineering firm located in Memphis, Tennessee. We provide a highly personalized environment for our clients while embracing the role of community advocate.

PHD is woman-owned and environmentally conscious. Our principals are accomplished and dedicated to their field and core values. DBE and MBE designations enhance our organization, but our performance and success are rooted in a strong work ethic and a love for civil engineering.
