PHD works diligently to provide creative design services and solutions for our clients. We aim to develop a cost-effective approach to the construction and execution of each project that will benefit not only our clients, but the community as well.

We believe our responsibilities include improving the environment. To that end, we emphasize design concepts such as urban infill development, multimodal transportation, and stormwater management. Community is also vitally important to PHD, and we work to engage stakeholders in the conceptual planning phase of municipal projects. Remaining open to their ideas while adhering to design standards and requirements is a forte of PHD’s staff.
